Professional Career

Kate spent 20 years in the space industry, retiring as a Launch Performance Analyst. Her role involved analyzing the performance of space launch tracking and data collection systems. Known for her exceptional analytical abilities, she reviewed large datasets to identify issues and assist in corrective actions. Kate also contributed to post-flight analyses of missile launch failures, working with government and civilian organizations to determine the root causes of launch vehicle failures. She is knowledgeable in IT systems and in utilizing social media platforms.

Ministry and Volunteer Work

At Calvary Chapel Merritt Island (CCMI), Kate volunteers across various ministry functions, including organizing conferences, coordinating working groups, and supporting mission teams. She plays a central role in the Heart for Missions outreach, producing mission newsletters and prayer lists. Kate has actively participated in mission trips to Central America and Kenya, where she has built lasting friendships in Christ. She also provides technical administrative and other support various ministries as needed and assists her husband, Ricky, with work at WRDJ-LP radio station as well as other locations.
